About
Remy Blumenfeld

I help creative leaders in media, entertainment, and tech reclaim their edge, attract career-defining opportunities, and lead with authority in just six months.
If you’re a high-achieving Director, Producer, or Founder in TV, Film, Gaming, Publishing, or Digital, and you’re feeling like the industry’s moved on without you, read on.
You’re not lost. You’ve just outgrown where you are.
If you’re:
- Tired of playing small to stay working
- Burnt out from being brilliant on everyone else’s projects
- Wondering why your inbox isn’t matching your talent
Why me?
Because I’ve been there, and I’ve rebuilt from worse.
I founded my first company, Brighter Pictures, with no capital and no backing. Ten years later, I sold it to Endemol for £15 million. I went on to:
- Launch and sell a second company with a 33% annualised return
- Lead ITV Studios’ global formats team, boosting revenues by 41%
- Support founders and creatives across the UK, US, and Europe—helping them turn stuckness into momentum, and potential into power
Behind the scenes, I’ve rebuilt my life more than once—from career collapse, personal loss, and serious illness. I’ve seen what it takes to thrive in this industry long-term. And I know how to help others do the same.
